My top requirements are to have a healthy work environment and a demanding set of challenges to solve.

I am fortunate to have learned from each work experience over the years, but Autodesk redefined my standards with the strongest leadership among them all.  We were all motivated by an inspirational and accountable CEO, and encouraged to commit to continuous improvement.

At Autodesk, I earned from role-model managers and worked with hundreds of collaborative co-workers to deliver software to millions of customers.    I am ready to bring these learnings and the core principles of trust and collaboration to a new company, a new team, and a new set of problems.

I am a big believer in outcome-driven design, not only for industries such as construction and manufacturing, but for software development and self-improvement.  Paired with Generative AI and general machine learning techniques, outcome-driven design has the potential to revolutionize every single tool on the planet.

I am known for speaking my mind, even when I hold a contrary viewpoint.  My superpower is building trusting relationships with customers and teammates.

I have been following the progress of AI and robotics closely.  These were the theoretical possibilities that steered me toward software in the first place, and they are no longer theoretical. I am an optimist regarding the promise of these
technologies to enhance the lives of every person on Earth.  It would be a dream come true to participate in this revolution, to deliver solutions to billions of people in partnership with a collaborative team.

I’m ultimately looking for full-time work in a good position at a great company.  While I’m searching for that, I am available for short or long term consulting work.

Please let me know if you have suggestions for companies to target, hiring managers to speak with, open positions to apply for, or building blocks to accelerate my learning.

Thank you for your support!
